- Proven hospitality experience (full service F&B)*
- Consistently strong guest satisfaction results
- Net worth of $5 million and liquidity of $1 million
- Wants restaurant and public space to be a revenue driving profit center
- Does not accept break even mentality for F&B
- Understands that our brands can drive hotel occupancy, ADR and guest satisfaction
- Desire to be in the full service hotel business
- Understands that F&B can be a very positive point of differentiation compared to competitive set
- Understands that our brands can positively impact hotel’s brand presence
Adjournment Specifications
- Recommended guest rooms of 135+
- Recommended Banquet/Meeting space of 5,000 square feet minimum
- Seating recommendations: 80 (min) Restaurant, 36 (min) Bar and 32 (min) Boardroom
- Kitchen specifications: recommended 2450 square feet minimum
Documentation
- Fully completed franchise application (each individual owning 10% or more)
- Most recent three years tax returns or audited financial statements
- P&L and balance sheet for existing hospitality operation
- Business, bank and or credit references
* Management companies with F&B experience may be considered.
