  • Proven hospitality experience (full service F&B)*
  • Consistently strong guest satisfaction results
  • Net worth of $5 million and liquidity of $1 million
  • Wants restaurant and public space to be a revenue driving profit center
  • Does not accept break even mentality for F&B
  • Understands that our brands can drive hotel occupancy, ADR and guest satisfaction
  • Desire to be in the full service hotel business
  • Understands that F&B can be a very positive point of differentiation compared to competitive set
  • Understands that our brands can positively impact hotel’s brand presence

Adjournment Specifications

  • Recommended guest rooms of 135+
  • Recommended Banquet/Meeting space of 5,000 square feet minimum
  • Seating recommendations: 80 (min) Restaurant, 36 (min) Bar and 32 (min) Boardroom
  • Kitchen specifications: recommended 2450 square feet minimum

Documentation

  • Fully completed franchise application (each individual owning 10% or more)
  • Most recent three years tax returns or audited financial statements
  • P&L and balance sheet for existing hospitality operation
  • Business, bank and or credit references

* Management companies with F&B experience may be considered.
